About the position
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience. This role involves creating a positive and engaging learning environment for preschool children, where the motto 'happy happens here' reflects our commitment to fostering a nurturing atmosphere. The ideal candidate will help children learn, play, grow, and thrive, providing them with the necessary tools for academic and emotional success.
Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
- Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using fun and engaging characters.
- Build relationships with families and colleagues to create a dynamic learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their children's adventures and achievements.
Requirements
- Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
- 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
- Required 6 early childcare education units or ECE certificates and courses in infant/toddler, with 12 units preferred.
