About the position
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time teacher for our Preschool located in the beautiful Redondo Beach neighborhood. Our preschool is well-established and prestigious, providing a nurturing and supportive environment for both staff and students. The ideal candidate will be someone who is not only passionate about early childhood education but also embodies qualities such as energy, dependability, positivity, and kindness. We believe that these traits are essential in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our adorable students. As a teacher in our preschool, you will be responsible for fostering a love of learning in young children and helping them develop essential skills through play and structured activities. You will work closely with a well-trained staff and become part of a team that feels more like a big family. We value collaboration and support among our staff, ensuring that everyone feels valued and appreciated in their roles. Candidates should have a minimum of 6 Early Childhood Education (ECE) credits or be currently enrolled to obtain these units. Previous experience working in a preschool setting is highly desirable, as it will help you adapt to our environment and understand the needs of our students better. Upon job offer, candidates will be required to provide a transcript to document their ECE qualifications, live scan fingerprints, and a clear TB test. Additionally, we offer CPR/First Aid training for all staff every year to ensure the safety and well-being of our children.
Responsibilities

Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
