Responsibilities

• Create and implement hands-on activities based on children's interests and skills.
• Document and share special moments and important milestones of the children in your care.
• Ensure the safety, engagement, and age-appropriate development of children within your care.
• Work alongside a caring and dedicated team to support children's learning and development.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass required state and company background checks.
• Demonstrated experience working with children or excellent customer service experience.
• CPR Certification (Required).
• Driver's License (Required).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience as a babysitter, nanny, church nursery volunteer, or camp counselor.
• Interest in pursuing education in early childhood education or related childcare services.
