Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary resource for inbound telephone calls to minimize workflow interruptions due to non-clinical related customer inquiries.
  • Answer patient questions and concerns during refill scheduling and transfer to the clinical team when appropriate.
  • Identify and report adverse events and product complaints to clinicians to ensure patient safety.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule medication delivery and payment, ensuring accurate information is included in patient profiles.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Medical Office or Health plan experience.
  • Prior call center experience.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology.
