About the position

The President will oversee the accounting and bookkeeping functions of a mid-sized commercial general contractor. This role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, tax payments, and preparing monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheets. The President will also be responsible for reconciling bank statements and ensuring compliance with use tax regulations, utilizing Quickbooks Contractor Edition accounting software.
