About the position

We are seeking Press & Mobile Plant operators to join our Narrogin site on a casual basis. This role is part of our Hay processing team, which is a major processor and exporter of animal fodder to overseas markets. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to sustainable practices in the agricultural industry while working in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Operating the Hay Press
• Inventory management
• Keeping work area clean
• Cutting strings on raw product
• Assisting with production as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in Agriculture, specifically with Hay
• An understanding of quality assurance
• Experience working in an organization with a focus on health and safety in the workplace
• Experience supervising a small team
• Excellent communication skills
