About The Position
The position involves safely, efficiently, and effectively operating assigned production machinery while meeting or exceeding safety, quality standards, efficiency, machine set-up, waste, and non-chargeable downtime standards. The role requires participation in training and adherence to the STOP Safety Program fundamentals to help achieve a zero-accident rate. Responsibilities include retrieving necessary setup information, completing machine changeovers, monitoring quality and production, ensuring safety guidelines are followed, and troubleshooting printing problems.
