About the position

The Pressed Fittings Operator is responsible for operating presses and performing various tasks in the manufacturing area. This role requires maintaining a clean work environment, adhering to safety and quality policies, and completing assigned tasks with minimal supervision. The position is scheduled for night shifts and involves physical demands such as standing, walking, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Work in varying aspects of the manufacturing area
• Operate presses
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
• Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision
• Wear appropriate PPE
• Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Three years of verifiable work experience preferred
• Ability to obtain internal forklift license preferred
• Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required
• Ability to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read drawings, instructions or repair, and assembly operations
