About the position

The Preventative Maintenance Coordinator at Easy Ice is responsible for coordinating service and maintenance scheduling for Field Service Technicians and customers. This role involves providing accurate and friendly information, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining preventative maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain preventative maintenance schedule
• Provide phone support to customers and internal staff
• Coordinate pay service agreements with Easy Ice customers
• Create and dispatch service calls to technicians supporting tech efficiency
• Follow up with customers regarding maintenance
• Update and coordinate maintenance plans
• Monitor customer satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Customer Service experience is required
• Dispatch experience in the field service industry is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel and Outlook)
• Salesforce software knowledge is a plus
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn company protocols and procedures
