About the position

The Prevention Consultant at Center for Family Services is a full-time role focused on collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance community-based prevention programs. This position involves facilitating training and workshops, collecting and reporting programmatic data, and contributing to the continuous quality improvement of services aimed at supporting the target population.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants, school districts, and community service providers to facilitate training, workshops, webinars, and assemblies.
• Assist in programmatic data collection, reporting, and evaluation of services to the target population.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement processes for prevention programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services related field.
• Minimum of three years' experience working in non-profit or social service environments, particularly in community-based services or prevention programs.
• Experience in implementing evidence-based practice models and training materials.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Vehicle with current insurance and valid registration.
