About the position

The Prevention Education Operations Lead at Love146 is responsible for managing and executing prevention initiatives aimed at combating child trafficking. This role involves collaboration with various team members, overseeing operational processes, and serving as a key point of contact for the prevention team’s relationships. The position requires a strategic thinker who can navigate a fast-paced environment while ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing program strategies that support successful pursuit of identified program goals.
  • Collaborate with the Prevention Operations Manager to understand programmatic goals and timelines.
  • Identify and develop new operational processes for the prevention program, including data tracking and financial processes.
  • Coordinate logistics for presentations, trainings, and conference attendance.
  • Represent Love146 at conferences and other external events, either presenting or exhibiting.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team to initiate and close invoices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the program's use of technology in collaboration with the Database Specialist and Technology Contractor.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for requests related to Not a Number training and technical assistance.
  • Manage contacts and accounts in Not a Number Salesforce cloud experience.
  • Track and manage the recertification process for facilitators.
  • Coordinate licensing and logistics for Not a Number Facilitator Certification Trainings.
  • Provide regular updates to team members and facilitate the distribution of programmatic supplies.
  • Assist with producing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required by the program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM, Public Health, business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Two to four years of experience providing programmatic support in a nonprofit setting.
  • Two to four years of experience in project management and/or program administration.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience managing intern and/or volunteer programs preferred.
  • Demonstrated diplomacy and maturity in cross-cultural interactions.
