Pricing Analyst

About the position

The Pricing Analyst at Kerry Group is responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies aimed at maximizing profitability and market share. This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual who will analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to make informed pricing decisions. The Pricing Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure an efficient pricing process and support sales teams with pricing recommendations and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Establish partnerships with key stakeholders such as Sales, RD&A, Procurement, and Strategic Pricing Managers to ensure an efficient pricing process.
• Responsible for timely and quality price setting, maintenance, and support.
• Provide pricing recommendations to sales groups with supporting analysis.
• Coordinate the pricing process and provide price negotiations support.
• Manage the price approval process.
• Monitor, protect, and improve pricing margin.
• Manage customer agreements and incentives.
• Accurately interpret and implement Pricing Policies and Guidelines.
• Ensure data maintenance and quality in all pricing processes and systems.
• Participate in pricing projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Transform data and lead conversations/presentations to various audiences.
• Ensure service levels on turnaround for quotes, invoicing, and pricing discrepancies are performing to target.
• Support customer service excellence on pricing/order issues.
• Manage and develop direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in accounting/finance or related area.
• 3+ years' experience within a commercial environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail is critical.
• Ability to think critically.
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency working with ERP systems, business intelligence systems, CRM systems, and pricing systems.
