About the position

The Pricing Coordinator at Apex Logistics International is responsible for ensuring accurate pricing and analytics in the freight forwarding sector. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while interacting with both internal and external customers. The position supports the pricing and finance teams and involves maintaining pricing conditions and data tables according to company standards and customer agreements.

Responsibilities

• Embrace standard processes and become proficient in utilizing all tools daily developed to improve pricing accuracy and analytics.
• Set up and maintain pricing conditions and data tables according to company pricing structures and customer agreements.
• Review reports daily to ensure pricing is up to date.
• Provide support and act as a backup to the pricing and finance teams.
• Analyze, draft and maintain internal/external pricing.
• Support special projects/initiatives through data analytics and necessary report build templates.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2-3 years of freight forwarding experience
• Some IT background is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Ability to meet or exceed deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Freight forwarding background
• International transportation experience
• Knowledge of market conditions

Nice-to-haves
