The Elevate Pricing Director is responsible for the operational execution of pricing strategies, processes, and reporting for the Elevate brand. This role ensures the effective implementation of pricing initiatives, manages pricing operations, and drives data-driven decision-making. Collaborating closely with sales, finance, and analytics teams, the Elevate Pricing Director ensures seamless execution of pricing actions that align with broader business objectives.

  • Own the day-to-day execution of pricing operations for the Elevate brand, ensuring alignment with overarching pricing strategies.
  • Manage and develop two direct reports and a total team of three.
  • Lead execution of price management and optimization with strong support of pricing software.
  • Ensure full compliance with pricing regulations, including SOX, Robinson-Patman Act, and other relevant laws, by establishing controls, monitoring adherence, and collaborating with legal and compliance teams.
  • Work with business stakeholders to improve pricing data governance, data quality and pricing process documentation.
  • Develop a competitive intelligence database and tools that will guide a market-based approach to price adjustments.
  • Work cross-functionally with finance, sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of pricing initiatives.
  • Define and implement pricing guidelines and policies.
  • Liaise with purchasing, finance, supply chain and sales to manage price over cost.
  • Report on pricing performance during Executive Meetings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in pricing or sales operations in B2B manufacturing industries, building products preferred.
  • Demonstrated functional leadership and team development.
  • Strong background in pricing execution, data analytics, and pricing process optimization techniques.
  • Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure effective pricing delivery and compliance.
  • Proven experience with pricing software, ERP, and CRM systems (e.g., PROS, SAP, Salesforce).
  • Strong problem-solving skills to translate data into actionable pricing recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Understanding of pricing compliance requirements, including SOX, Robinson-Patman, and antitrust laws.
