About the position

The Pricing Implementation Manager will be responsible for leading and managing program launches and pricing updates for our GoodRx Retailer Program strategy. The ideal candidate will have a background in Pharmacy product management and analytics and have a skillset that is a balanced mix of project management and implementation roles. Projects will require close teamwork with Account Management, Pricing leads, Engineering and cross functional colleagues for both existing offerings as well as custom solutions. This position requires occasional travel. In this role, you will utilize your baseline understanding of pharmacy pricing to develop a thorough understanding of GoodRx pricing programs, becoming the expert on pricing possibilities within our adjudication platform. You will serve as a subject matter expert for Account Management when custom pricing programs are being developed with a client, ensuring that discussions align with what can be delivered while balancing innovation with delivery. You will drive quality and timely implementation of all new customer contracts through project management, business analysis, and implementation to go-live, ensuring all contract program terms are successfully met. Owning programs and launches from kick-off to go live will be crucial to shorten launch dates that directly impact the company revenue. You will continually evolve the implementation process for existing and new programs based on customer needs, internal efficiencies, and new internal requirements. Collaboration with internal subject matter experts such as Account Executives, Pricing Management, Engineering, Product, and Contract management will be essential to deliver tailored solutions to customers. You will effectively report out on project statuses and communicate capacity to leadership, driving all program implementations in a systematic way, tracing out how changes to one part of a plan or solution will have ripple effects in other areas. Problem-solving independently as issues arise and shortening implementation timelines will be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will support the Account Management team post-program launch to reinforce program KPIs and provide insights to help clients achieve their business goals. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in the retail pharmacy space will also be part of your role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience as project or implementation manager within retail pharmacy.
  • Understanding of pharmacy claim adjudication, application of pricing rules, and associated claim data.
  • Proven track record of juggling multiple projects at a time while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical problem solver with a strong work ethic who can work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong SQL and Excel proficiency.
  • Experience working with Power BI or Looker (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
