As a Pricing Operations Analyst at PayPal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our partners and managing revenue share pricing. This position requires a deep understanding of our pricing engine and the ability to handle a high volume of cases, particularly during peak times, where you may manage over 40 cases per day. You will regularly review the case queue to identify and prioritize cases that may require escalation, ensuring that urgent matters are addressed promptly and effectively. In this role, you will actively engage with the partner team to build and troubleshoot revenue share pricing, including Partner or PCMS programs. You will serve as the primary point of contact for escalated cases, providing direction and assistance throughout the Pricing to Cash (P2C) process. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with sales and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) on complex pricing-related refunds, guiding the process from identifying the pricing error to issuing the payout. Additionally, you will take on the role of primary trainer for new hires and may own one or two complex pricing operations processes, such as Analytics Liaison, SmartDeal, or Persona Pricing. You will assist with projects aligned with your manager's directives and escalate any new configurations to the Pricing Operations Lead to ensure proper documentation is acquired. Your proactive approach will be essential in identifying control and process gaps, engaging with tech and platform teams to brainstorm solutions while adhering to compliance controls for pricing requests. You will also be expected to communicate concerns and share ideas that can lead to scalable solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the pricing operations team.
