About the position

The Pricing Operations Manager at PayPal will lead a team responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of pricing operations. This role involves collaborating with various departments to enhance pricing processes, manage day-to-day pricing activities, and support strategic pricing initiatives. The manager will empower team members, prioritize requests, and ensure compliance with pricing controls while optimizing tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team maintains a high quality of delivery on pricing activities (configurations, refunds, audits, etc.) to support the Global Sales and Product organizations
• Execute, document, and support all pricing related work for deals and partnerships
• Maintain strong level of controls in our procedures, support compliance requests, identify challenges, and propose remediation plans
• Respond to and prioritize escalated pricing operations requests; communicate requirements clearly with pricing and sales executive leaders
• Empower your team and ensure career growth for all members
• Assist Product Teams with requirements gathering and testing of PayPal's global pricing automation functionality
• Optimize and elevate pricing processes, decisions, and infrastructure through automation and embedded intelligence
• Support strategic pricing initiatives
• Proactively partner with the broader Pricing team and key stakeholder groups

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in pricing operations or related field
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
