The AZEK Company is seeking a Pricing Strategy Analyst to join its Sales Operations team. This role is crucial for evaluating and optimizing Early Buy programs, focusing on pricing initiatives such as Off Invoices and Rebates. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of sales operations and pricing strategies. The Pricing Strategy Analyst will be responsible for managing customer pricing programs in Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry and integrity, and verifying that pricing aligns with regional guidelines. This position requires collaboration with Sales leadership to provide recommendations and enhancements to pricing programs. In addition to program management, the Pricing Strategy Analyst will conduct comprehensive ROI analyses of customer pricing programs, tracking their performance and assessing their impact on new account acquisition and revenue targets. The role involves preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to key stakeholders. The analyst will also ensure the execution of pricing programs by Distribution partners, providing them with customer-specific pricing programs and reconciling off-invoice submissions to confirm accurate pricing. Data management is another critical aspect of this role, as the analyst will maintain sales data related to customer programs, ensuring consistency and accuracy across systems. Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Distribution teams is essential to gather insights and align strategies for customer programs. The analyst will support the AZEK Field Sales team in entering pricing programs into Salesforce and assist the Finance team with reports detailing customer rebates and discount information.
