About the position

The Pricing Strategy Senior Analyst at NCR VOYIX is responsible for enhancing the company's global competitiveness through effective pricing strategies. This role involves collaborating with various internal stakeholders to develop, implement, and validate pricing frameworks that drive customer adoption, revenue, and margin objectives. The analyst will analyze market trends, assess competitive differentiation, and conduct research to inform pricing decisions, while also monitoring the impact of pricing changes and leading pricing initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to create and implement pricing strategies.
  • Highlight market and technology trends that may impact pricing strategy.
  • Assess product and solution features for competitive differentiation.
  • Evaluate product strategy and roadmap, contributing to future definitions.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research on customer value perception and competitive pricing.
  • Run analysis to set list price and discount frameworks that drive customer adoption while maintaining margin targets.
  • Monitor implementation and adherence to pricing guidelines.
  • Measure and track the impact of pricing changes.
  • Design and generate new reports and dashboards as needed.
  • Lead Pricing & Packaging initiatives, navigating multiple stakeholders across the business.
  • Deliver presentations and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Build complex models assessing the effect of various pricing strategies across markets & regions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, pricing strategy, or similar analytics roles.
  • Experience with a multi-national firm; technology and SaaS experience preferred.
  • Exposure to Marketing & Sales functions is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with large databases and data visualization tools.
  • Confidence dealing with less-than-perfect data (e.g., cleaning, fusing, extrapolating).
  • Knowledge of XML, SQL, SSIS is a plus.
