About the position

The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Compleat Kidz will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children in the Gastonia Clinic. This position involves managing both direct and indirect caseloads, ensuring that the ABA plans of care are effectively implemented by a team of virtual BCBAs and clinic-based Behavioral Technicians (BTs/RBTs).
