This role involves providing comprehensive care to patients with the support of a robust healthcare team and resources, ensuring high-quality patient care and a balanced work-life environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Utilize resources such as social work, behavioral health, and nutritionist professionals for patient referrals.
• Participate in quality metrics and incentive programs to maximize income.
• Manage a flexible schedule with a manageable call rotation of 1:7.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.

Requirements

• Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Residency Program.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, or board eligible for new graduates.
• Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License.
• DEA certification.
