About the position
Optum WA is seeking a Family Practice Physician to join their team in Stanwood, WA. This role focuses on outpatient primary care, including office consults, annual visits, follow-up appointments, and in-office procedures. Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care including office consults, annual visits, and follow-up appointments.
- Perform in-office procedures as needed.
- Work with a diverse patient population across various age groups and conditions.
- Collaborate with Medical Assistants and clinical support staff.
- Participate in shared light call and triage RN call.
Requirements
- Unrestricted WA Physician License or ability to obtain prior to start.
- Current DEA certificate required prior to start date.
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine.
- Experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification.
- Proficient in EMR, preferably EPIC.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in outpatient primary care settings.
- Familiarity with evidence-based medicine practices.
