About the position
The Primary Care Nurse position at Mercy Clinic Berryville is a newly created role designed to enhance patient care by managing triage calls and messages in collaboration with healthcare providers. This role requires completion of a three-month on-site training period before transitioning to a hybrid work-from-home schedule, with ongoing on-site commitments for monthly meetings and 1-2 days per week thereafter.
Responsibilities
- Manage triage calls and messages for the clinic.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care.
- Complete three months of on-site training before transitioning to a hybrid work schedule.
- Attend monthly clinic meetings on-site.
- Be available for on-site work 1-2 days per week after training.
Requirements
- Active LPN license with a diploma in Practical Nursing and 2-3 years of experience preferred.
- Active RN license with an Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, graduation from a registered nursing program, or a Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) with 2-3 years of experience preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
