About the position
The Primary Care Nurse position at Mercy Clinic Berryville is a newly created role designed to support clinic operations by managing triage calls and messages. The nurse will collaborate closely with healthcare providers and will initially undergo three months of on-site training before transitioning to a hybrid work-from-home schedule. The role requires occasional on-site presence for meetings and is structured to provide a supportive environment for both LPNs and RNs.
Responsibilities
- Manage triage calls and messages for the clinic.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare providers.
- Complete three months of on-site training before transitioning to hybrid work.
- Attend monthly clinic meetings on-site.
- Be available on-site 1-2 days per week after training.
Requirements
- For LPN: Diploma in Practical Nursing and active LPN license.
- For RN: Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing or equivalent experience, and active RN license.
- 2-3 years of experience preferred for both LPN and RN.
