About The Position

The Project Scheduler at Dabri, Inc. will play a critical role in supporting project management efforts for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC). This position involves the development, maintenance, and analysis of project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project goals and monitoring workflow. The Scheduler will be responsible for tracking project milestones, analyzing performance, and reporting on potential risks and issues impacting project delivery.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Primavera P6 Scheduling and Cost Controls for planning and infrastructure construction projects.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining project schedules for large capital construction projects, including WBS development, predecessor/successor linking, cost/resource loading, and baseline setting.
  • Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6, including dependencies, cost loading, resource loading, and resource leveling.
  • Experience in construction cost controls, cost estimating, and cost analysis.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Green Card status preferred (No sponsorship available).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PSP (Planning and Scheduling Professional) certification preferred, but not required.
  • PE preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain cost and resource-loaded project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure project schedules are complete and aligned with project goals.
  • Measure and track progress toward project milestones and activities.
  • Analyze project schedule performance by comparing actuals against baseline data and provide recommendations to the Project Manager.
  • Attend and actively participate in project status meetings, contributing to discussions on schedule status and risks.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly project reports, including schedule trends, potential delays, and estimated costs to complete.
  • Manage information and data within various software tools and cost databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
