Compeer Financial is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Loan Products to join our dynamic team in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. The Principal Product Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to identify market opportunities and manage the development of new lending products. Close collaboration with internal teams is essential to deliver impactful products that drive revenue growth and market differentiation. The successful candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive process to ideate, test, develop, and optimize loan products that align with organizational goals and market demands. This includes documenting a standard process for loan product development, ensuring that each stage from ideation to launch is clearly defined and repeatable. The Principal Product Manager will communicate this process across all business areas, including sales, new markets, business technology, and credit, to ensure a shared understanding of the framework and benchmarks associated with each step. Additionally, the role involves building a Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) playbook for the organization. The Principal Product Manager will partner with market research to develop and utilize client feedback, surveys, and focus groups to gain insights into client preferences and pain points, which will inform product design decisions. Collaboration with Sales Enablement and Marketing is also crucial to build comprehensive training materials and resources for internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth rollout and adoption of new loan products.
