About the position

The Principal Administration role in Enterprise Content Management focuses on providing operational support and problem resolution for ECM platforms, specifically IBM FileNet and OpenText Documentum. This position is crucial for the modernization of ECM systems, including migration to cloud-native solutions. The role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure effective service delivery and a positive experience for customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and update the FileNet & Documentum platform and associated infrastructure.
• Support the modernization effort in migrating Documentum/FileNet to Nuxeo SaaS environments.
• Provide complex operational support and problem resolution for ECM platforms and associated infrastructure.
• Consult with management, delivery teams, and IT partners on platform changes.
• Perform Documentum upgrades and migrations to other ECM platforms.
• Install and configure Documentum and/or FileNet components and services efficiently and reliably.
• Serve as an on-call resource for change management requests and maintenance activities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working with IBM FileNet, OpenText Documentum, Nuxeo, or comparable ECM platform.
• 5+ years of administration and support experience of an ECM platform.
• Experience with Java/Shell/PowerShell programming is a plus.
• Migration tool experience is a plus.
• Tomcat/TCServer administration on Linux/Windows experience is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of cloud solutions for Enterprise Content Management.
• RDMS knowledge is a plus.
• Nuxeo experience or knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in working in an agile environment.
