Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of the CFO's strategic agenda, develop and manage CPO meeting agendas, driving alignment and informed decision-making.
  • Lead program and change management for CFO strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and challenges are proactively addressed.
  • Develop high-impact presentations and reports for the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team (ELT), collaborating with Finance leaders and team members to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Facilitate Finance Leadership Team (FLT) meetings and key stakeholder engagements to drive global transformational projects, employee engagement and communications that align with corporate and functional strategies.
  • Supports and facilitates governance, compliance and risk management reporting, ensuring alignment and clear messaging for the Board of Directors and ELT presentations.
  • Build relationships across the organization to align financial strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Significant experience (Typically 10+ years) in finance, strategy, consulting, or business management, with a proven track record of driving strategic outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading global transformational initiatives from strategy through execution, delivering measurable results through cross-functional alignment and stakeholder engagement.
  • Expertise in change management, operational excellence, and leadership effectiveness to support enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior executives, Board members, and cross-functional leaders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and financial acumen, with the ability to align financial strategies to broader business objectives.
  • Skilled in developing high-impact presentations and executive reports that drive clarity, alignment, and informed decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge of governance, compliance, and risk management principles, with experience supporting Board and ELT-level reporting.
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills across complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, facilitate, and manage executive leadership meetings and strategic agendas to drive alignment and business impact.
