As a Principal AI Engineer, you possess a profound understanding of AI/ML technologies, agent-based AI architecture, and IT service management (ITSM). Responsibilities
- Architecting and implementing multi-agent AI workflows to automate ITSM processes, such as incident resolution, change management, and self-healing IT systems.
- Developing autonomous AI agents that can reason, act, and collaborate within IT environments.
- Integrating LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and reinforcement learning into IT workflows.
- Defining and executing a strategic roadmap for GenAI adoption in IT service automation.
- Ensuring AI-driven workflows align with ITIL, ITSM, and enterprise IT operations best practices.
- Developing scalable, production-grade AI systems, integrating with IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on automation and intelligent workflows.
- Strong expertise in AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, OpenAI, Hugging Face, DeepMind's AlphaCode).
- Deep understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks (e.g., ITIL, ServiceNow).
- Experience with multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, and AI-driven automation.
- Hands-on experience in MLOps, AI model deployment, and cloud-based AI architectures.
- Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud-based AI toolchains.
- Experience working in enterprise IT environments, designing AI-driven workflows for IT support.
