About the position
The Principal Antenna Design Engineer I at CesiumAstro is responsible for the design, simulation, construction, and testing of high-frequency antennas, particularly those made using printed circuit board (PCB) processes. This role is crucial in developing advanced RF hardware for satellites, spacecraft, and aerospace systems, contributing to the company's mission of pioneering innovative communication systems for various airborne platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design high-frequency antennas from initial concept through requirements definition.
- Simulate antenna performance using appropriate software tools.
- Build and test prototypes of antenna designs to validate performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate antenna systems into larger projects.
- Document design processes and results for future reference and compliance.
Requirements
