The Principal Architect, MarTech & Experience Data will be responsible for defining and driving the overall data vision and strategy of our marketing technology products and services, with a focus on integrating Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) as a core data platform. They will work closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and customers to understand their data needs and challenges, and translate them into robust and scalable data solutions that deliver value and impact. You will also mentor and coach other data architects and engineers, and foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration across the organization. They will contribute to digital marketing strategies by using best practices and integrating data and services from multiple internal and external sources to ensure that marketing campaigns and solutions are optimized and fine-tuned to provide data driven insights. They own the E2E data design strategy across teams, and partner with other architects. They make recommendations for new procedures and overall architectural approach, partnering with senior level Architects. They work on significant and unique issues where analysis of situation or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. They exercise judgement in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. They create formal networks involving coordination among groups and provide informal supervision of other's work assignments.
