About the position

As a Principal Architect at Credera Enterprises Company, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of technology solutions that enhance existing applications and meet the evolving needs of our software platforms. Your responsibilities will include incorporating software and system architecture into conceptual designs that are highly scalable and performant, ensuring that all solutions align with enterprise technology standards such as solution patterns, application frameworks, technology roadmaps, and capital plans. You will be tasked with developing applications, functions, and processes in response to specific business requirements, utilizing a variety of sources to build your development skills further. In this role, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential as you will mentor Application Development staff in the appropriate technologies as required. You will conduct unit testing for development assignments and manage multiple tasks while leading other developers. Collaboration with project analysts will be crucial to meet estimated production dates for clients. Additionally, you will develop a deep understanding of software platforms and the credit card industry, as well as the project development and management processes, methodologies, and the impact of project management metrics. This position requires domestic travel of up to 10% to client sites, with the possibility of telecommuting. When not telecommuting, you will report to our office located at 3500 Lenox Rd NE, Unit 2000, Atlanta, GA 30326. The salary for this position ranges from $142,002 to $195,000 per year.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of professional experience as Software Developer, Software Architect, or related position.
• 5 years of experience utilizing programming languages including Java/J2EE, Oracle, JSP, and HTML.
• 5 years of experience delivering technology solutions using PEGA BPM, BRE, CDH, ADM, and Prediction Modelling.
• 5 years of experience performing gap analysis and customer business flows to provide strategy.
• 5 years of experience mentoring and training junior team members both onshore and offshore.
• 5 years of experience coordinating with onshore and offshore development teams for knowledge transfer and project delivery.
• 5 years of experience validating solutions with Business Product Owners via working code demonstrations.
• 5 years of experience coordinating with testing teams for functional testing and UAT efforts.
• 5 years of experience working on Level 3 Production Support activities.
