About the position

The Principal Associate, Tech Students & Grads Onboarding Program Manager at Capital One is responsible for overseeing the strategy and delivery of the onboarding experience for various technology-focused programs. This role is integral to creating engaging experiences for associates and interns, ensuring a best-in-class onboarding process that aligns with the company's goals and values. The Program Manager will work closely with multiple stakeholders to enhance the onboarding experience through effective communication and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a critical connection point for the Horizontal Operations Pod and various stakeholders.
• Lead the strategic direction for the onboarding program/process for Tech S&G Programs.
• Develop and implement a communication strategy related to Tech S&G Program initiatives.
• Utilize data to understand trends and improve the onboarding experience for associates and interns.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and influence leaders across partner groups.
• Consult and problem solve across the Tech S&G Programs Team and the broader Student & Grads organization.
• Contribute to the team's goals through various program management functions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 4 years of program management, recruiting, or consulting experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in Google Suite products (Sheets, Slides, Docs).

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• At least 5 years of program management, client-facing, or consulting experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting.
• Experience analyzing metrics, trends, and survey data to make strategic changes.
