About the position

The Principal, Brand Marketing Learning & Development role at Amazon Fresh is a senior-level position focused on defining and delivering complex learning curricula that enhance understanding of brand building principles. This role is pivotal in supporting critical business goals by developing comprehensive training programs for diverse learner populations, addressing complex challenges, and ensuring alignment with brand strategies across the organization. The incumbent will operate independently, manage a portfolio of training solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in learning outcomes and brand governance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of cross-functional solutions to enhance understanding of brand building best practices.
  • Establish and maintain brand training standards and resources to ensure consistent application of the brand across the organization.
  • Enhance the marketing organization's understanding of brand tools, including brief writing and creative feedback.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive annual learning plan and training calendar, continuously evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Gather feedback from training participants to improve programs and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Strong writing skills and organizational skills.
  • Strategic management and market analysis expertise.
