About the position

The Principal, Brand Marketing Learning & Development role at Amazon Fresh is a senior-level position focused on creating and delivering complex learning curricula that enhance understanding of brand building principles. This role is pivotal in supporting business goals through effective training programs for diverse learner populations, addressing complex challenges, and fostering collaboration across various teams. The incumbent will leverage deep expertise and data-driven insights to improve learning outcomes and ensure alignment with brand strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of cross-functional solutions in ambiguous learning areas to clarify brand building best practices.
  • Establish and maintain brand training standards and resources to ensure consistent brand governance across the organization.
  • Enhance understanding of brand tools and best practices within the marketing organization.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive annual learning plan and training calendar, continuously evaluating program effectiveness.
  • Gather feedback from training participants to improve programs and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working cross-functionally with partner teams to drive adoption and usage of brand assets and messaging.
  • Experience in strategic marketing management and market analysis.
