Responsibilities
- Drive and facilitate discussions with senior leaders to identify business capabilities related to strategic needs.
- Lead or support process assessments and advocate for best practices in business architecture.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to other business architects.
- Manage the business capability catalog and enhance the maturity/optimization framework.
- Create and maintain inventories of business capabilities, data, processes, and technology.
- Partner with executive leadership to build a business architecture strategy based on various scenarios.
- Provide governance support on priority projects with cross-functional impact.
- Support financial forecasting for the IT business unit.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of Business Architect experience.
- 5+ years of delivery management experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python.
Nice-to-haves
- TOGAF Level 1 and 2 certification.
- Certified Business Architect certification.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification.
