About the position

The North America Employee Relations Organization is seeking a Principal Business Operations professional to take ownership of all rhythm of business practices within the Employee Relations organization. This role requires a candidate with a proven track record in managing operational efficiency in a complex, global, and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of operational processes, including but not limited to SPS, OP1/2, WBR, MBR, QBR, Goal Management, Financial Management, and Headcount Management. The Principal Business Operations professional will be expected to think strategically, write effectively, and accurately plan, forecast, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly objectives. Additionally, the role involves coaching functional leadership and partners on operational policies and tools, thereby driving holistic operational excellence across the organization. Key responsibilities include ensuring alignment on strategic goals, standards, objectives, and key results for each planning cycle. The candidate will analyze business performance by defining and tracking KPIs, identifying issues, and resolving them in support of organizational goals. They will also create and manage key reports and mechanisms that support the business units, including end-customer reporting. Close partnership with human resources, talent acquisition, and finance is essential for effective resource allocation and tracking the health, performance, and status of the organization and its portfolio. Furthermore, the Principal Business Operations professional will drive operational optimization and efficiency by maintaining and improving all rhythm of business tools and processes. The North America Employee Relations team is dedicated to identifying defects in the employee experience across all roles within the North America WW Ops organization and beyond. The team is not only focused on identifying these defects but is also tasked with building and deploying products, tools, and solutions to eliminate them. The products and programs developed by the team are continually evolving, reflecting a commitment to innovation and improvement in the employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure alignment on overall strategic goals, standards, objectives and key results, and metrics for each planning cycle
  • Analyze business performance, including defining and tracking KPIs, issue identification and resolution in support of organizational goals
  • Create and manage key reports and mechanisms in support of the business units including end-customer reporting
  • Partner closely with human resources, talent acquisition, and finance on resource allocation and tracking the health, performance, and status of our organization and its portfolio
  • Drive operational optimization and efficiency- maintaining and improving all rhythm of business tools and processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience
  • 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality
