About the position

The Principal, Business Operations Manager - Strategy, Planning & Operations at Intuit is a leadership role focused on driving and transforming business operations within the Consumer Group (CG). This position requires a strategic thinker who can partner with senior leaders to develop comprehensive business strategies, influence operational planning, and ensure successful execution of initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Intuit's Consumer Group senior leaders to develop comprehensive business strategies that address complex challenges.
• Influence operating and strategic planning decisions in collaboration with Intuit Technology Ecosystem platform leaders.
• Provide analytical support to leaders responsible for operational improvements, ensuring rigorous management of execution.
• Learn from best practices and implement them across the Consumer Group.
• Shape and manage the CG's operating rhythm and planning processes as part of the Business Operations Leadership team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience in impactful roles across an organization, preferably in consulting or technology.
• Structured problem-solving skills combined with strong business acumen.
• Proven ability to simplify complex topics into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end processes and quick adaptability to new business domains.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with senior executives.
• Excellent quantitative analytical skills and creativity in problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including senior executive-level presentation skills.
• Strong process and project management skills.
• Strong academic record, with an MBA, PMP, or equivalent preferred.
