Responsibilities

• Partner with Intuit's Consumer Group senior leaders to develop comprehensive business strategies that address complex challenges.
• Influence operating and strategic planning decisions in collaboration with Intuit Technology Ecosystem platform leaders.
• Provide analytical support to leaders responsible for operational improvements, ensuring successful execution.
• Learn from best practices and implement them across the Consumer Group.
• Shape and manage the Consumer Group's operating rhythm and planning processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience in impactful roles across an organization.
• Experience in a top-tier consulting firm focused on strategy and implementation or in a technology company's strategy/business operations team.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and business acumen.
• Ability to turn complex topics into compelling narratives for various audiences.
• Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end processes and quick adaptation to new business domains.
• Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to issues.
• Well-rounded interpersonal skills to build relationships with senior executives.
• Excellent quantitative analytical skills and creativity in problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including senior executive-level presentation skills.
• Strong process and project management skills.
• MBA, PMP, or equivalent from a recognized institution preferred.
