About the position

This position serves as a critical support role for the Senior Manager and Chief of Staff, managing high-exposure and time-sensitive information. The role involves active engagement with senior leadership, particularly the SVP and Chief Compliance Officer, to drive continuous improvement and manage risks effectively. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and support compliance and audit initiatives, while also leading various departmental projects and events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and escalate risk and business partner engagement in day-to-day operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process discipline and innovation in collaboration with corporate risk management.
  • Support Compliance teams and business partners in internal audits and regulatory requests.
  • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise for timely responses to compliance issues.
  • Oversee the development of materials for various committees and executive-level presentations.
  • Manage department-wide projects and initiatives to improve employee experience.
  • Lead event planning for recognition events, town halls, and leadership meetings.
  • Develop and update presentations for senior internal and external audiences.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support business goals and identify trends.
  • Own and manage business-wide programs and special projects, including budget management and coordination with partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Initiative Ownership, Analysis, Research, or Communications.
  • In lieu of education, 8+ years of relevant experience.
