About the position

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Business Process Mapping and Process Mining to define, evaluate, and validate requirements and designs for complex business issues. You will act as a strategic liaison, ensuring the development and implementation of efficient technical solutions that address current and future business needs while minimizing operational impacts. This position requires proactive consultation with business units, IT, and vendors to address critical corporate projects and system assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide significant business acumen and global technical expertise in critical systems/applications to support proactive technical solutioning.
• Lead the review, analysis, and development of solutions for highly critical business systems.
• Identify and quantify the business impact of possible solutions and make recommendations.
• Coordinate ongoing user support for advanced and complex inquiries and service requests.
• Lead advanced data and trend analysis, providing feedback to business areas and IT.
• Mentor and coach less senior staff members to enhance their system/application knowledge.
• Lead work groups in assessing business issues and facilitating resolution of complex system/application problems.
• Independently resolve escalations without management involvement.
• Lead the development of system support processes with IT and coordinate daily to resolve production support issues.
• Lead discussions with business and IT on projects to elicit and document business requirements.
• Act as Business Lead/Coordinator on complex corporate projects.
• Lead the development of testing plans with business areas and IT.
• Coordinate and monitor system configuration for accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 8+ years of experience in related field, or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Process Mining Expertise
• SQL proficiency
