Responsibilities

• Own Strategic Workforce Planning by partnering with tech and design to ensure alignment and appropriate talent allocation.
• Ensure accurate organizational data reporting by collaborating with Finance, Recruiting, and Tech/Design teams.
• Optimize Recruiting Prioritization by working with leaders to focus on critical roles and maintain a healthy hiring pipeline.
• Monitor & Improve Hiring Pipeline Health by tracking the interview process and identifying bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with Associate Experience to ensure smooth onboarding and gather insights for process improvements.
• Drive Data-Driven Solutions by owning and analyzing business operations health metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
• At least 2 years of experience in Process Management, Project Management, or equivalent.
