About the position

The Principal Consultant - Network at NTT DATA is a highly skilled expert responsible for advising clients and recommending products and solutions that add business value. This role leverages subject matter expertise to address business challenges, industry trends, and regulatory environments, enabling clients to transform their businesses and achieve successful outcomes. The consultant will engage with complex client accounts and facilitate workshops with senior-level participants to drive business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings, write proposals, and deliver presentations.
• Provide guidance and oversee the development of strategies and plans for technology utilization in alignment with business strategy.
• Facilitate and lead client workshops with C-suite and senior-level participants.
• Identify, analyze, and translate client problems into areas for improvement.
• Provide end-to-end solutions for client business transformation.
• Oversee the integration of solutions and coordinate implementation efforts internally.
• Attend industry and technical conferences to stay updated on developments in the field.
• Translate opportunities into innovative solutions for clients to improve their business.
• Estimate the scope of consultant and architect efforts and project timelines accurately.
• Lead client-facing workshops by analyzing IT and business issues.
• Maintain subject matter expertise by staying current with trends and best practices.
• Guide the identification of client requirements and oversee value assessments and business process analyses.
• Work independently to complete documents related to business transformational initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant field.
• Broad expertise in specialized fields or related disciplines.
• Experience in client needs assessment and change management.
• Deep vertical/domain/industry expertise with consulting experience.
• Excellent understanding of business transformation and strategic thinking.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to work with various stakeholders to ensure successful business transformation delivery.
• Extensive knowledge of systems, software, and programming languages.
