The consultant will engage with C-level leadership in hospitals to drive strategic decisions that align with customer financial and operational goals, ensuring successful project execution and oversight.

Responsibilities

• Support IP sales team as a sterile processing subject matter expert to gain customer confidence and grow product line revenue.
• Perform strategic and operational assessments in sterile processing and endoscopy, collaborating with hospital leadership to develop strategic decisions.
• Manage and maintain the planned budget for customer engagements, ensuring financial requirements are met.
• Develop customer process improvement plans and provide guidance to process improvement teams.
• Mentor sterile processing leadership on management best practices and lean methodologies to achieve operational improvements.
• Build partnership opportunities with customer executive teams and introduce them to relevant STERIS resources.

Requirements

• Expertise in sterile processing and clinical support.
• Experience in strategic consulting and operational assessments.
• Strong understanding of financial impacts related to strategic decisions in healthcare settings.
• Ability to collaborate with C-level executives and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
