About the position

As a Principal Salesforce Consultant at Infosys Limited, you will play a pivotal role in the consulting lifecycle, focusing on business process consulting and solution development. Your expertise will guide teams through project processes, deliverables, and client training, while also contributing to proposal development and internal capability building. This position offers the opportunity to create value-adding consulting solutions that help clients adapt to the evolving global landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to different phases of the consulting lifecycle.
  • Define problems and propose solutions in business process consulting.
  • Guide teams on project processes and deliverables.
  • Contribute to proposal development and client training.
  • Detail project scope and help shape consulting solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required, or three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • At least 10 years of hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud on Salesforce Lightning platform.
  • Experience in translating functional requirements into technology solutions and developing a technical strategy.
  • Valid Salesforce Credentials - Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Consultant, at least three years old.

Nice-to-haves

  • Very good understanding of Salesforce product roadmap and ability to compare with other CRM products.
  • In-depth understanding of project management processes and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Experience in a global delivery environment.
