About the position

The Principal Customer Onboarding Manager at SafetyCulture is responsible for leading the onboarding process for the company's largest and most strategic enterprise-level customers. This role focuses on ensuring successful implementations and product adoption by leveraging project management expertise and building strong relationships with C-Suite stakeholders. The position requires a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to guide clients through complex global rollouts, ultimately empowering them to achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Owning pre-sales activities to support the sales process and developing project and product scope for implementations.
  • Collaborating with Sales on Statements of Work (SoWs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Taking ownership of solution and success criteria discovery, translating customer challenges into a Customer Results Strategy.
  • Managing complex and global rollouts, ensuring project delivery timelines are met.
  • Working with multiple stakeholders to keep customers accountable and ensure quick time to value.
  • Acting as a consultant and trusted advisor to customers, orchestrating relevant SafetyCulture resources to provide expertise.
  • Developing communication, change management, and training mechanisms to support large businesses.
  • Identifying new use cases for product adoption and growth based on customer needs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS and software implementation.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Extensive project management experience with familiarity in project management methodologies.
  • Strong enterprise-level implementation experience.
  • Proficient in understanding the customer lifecycle and its significance in driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities to convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, particularly with C-suite executives.
  • Effective presentation skills and expertise in time management and prioritization.
