Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) from a top-tier university preferred.
• 15+ years of proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in consulting or a corporate setting.
• Experience working with pharmaceutical clients.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to changing priorities.
