About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Principal Data Architect with background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance to join the A-MAX Data team. The individual will be responsible for data architecture and engineering experience in areas such as data ingestion, transformation, analytics, platform management, data security, and AI/ML. As the Principal Data Architect, you will play a crucial role in establishing consistent standards and best practices across architecture disciplines to support A-MAX's data platform. You will provide thought leadership to data engineering teams, offering guidance, reviews, and approvals to support business initiatives. Your role will require strong knowledge of various architectural models, technical disciplines, and industry best practices. This is a hybrid role in the Dallas, TX area.
