About The Position
This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home from anywhere in the US. The role will lead agile software development efforts as a Technical Leader, responding to audits and contributing to the RFP process. You will ensure data governance and best practices are embraced, and be responsible for understanding business and IT strategy to align with outcomes. As a hands-on Data and Integration Engineer, you will write quality code, assist with problem solving, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and coaching. You will define improvements to increase system reliability, security, and performance, and perform rich data visualizations and presentations to senior management on value adds. You may manage a team and participate in defining strategic IT objectives, leading subordinates toward that strategic vision for their products. This includes acting as the primary focal point for both internal and external customers for software development tasks, providing updates to both the user community and the programmers, and monitoring projects to guide them to successful completion.
