You will be responsible for executing analytical initiatives in close collaboration with management, providing thought leadership and strategic thinking to solve complex business problems. Utilizing techniques such as segmentation, optimization, advanced analytics, and machine learning, you will play a crucial role in monitoring performance metrics and KPIs to ensure that goals are met and adjustments are made as necessary. In this role, you will actively manage and escalate risks and customer-impacting issues that arise in day-to-day operations. You will be expected to translate business problems into analytical frameworks, independently recommend actions, and provide valuable business insights. As a subject matter expert in statistical analysis, experimental design, and financial impact analysis, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand their business needs and complete end-to-end analyses that include data gathering, analysis, and the presentation of findings. Your responsibilities will also include leading the development and implementation of advanced analytics, such as customer segmentation and prescriptive analytics, to address business challenges. You will be tasked with delivering effective presentations of your findings to various levels of leadership, creating visual displays of quantitative information, and developing automated reports and dashboards to provide insights at scale. Continuous improvement of work processes and your own technical and leadership skills will be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Execute analytical initiatives in collaboration with management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, Operations Analytics, Modeling/Data Science or related field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree in Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, Operations Analytics, Modeling/Data Science or related field.
